Everett Yard Breakin - 3Jul10
Damage and Theft of Equipment from BCM Everett Storage Yard: 3Jul10, SCSO Case# 10-12323. Before and After Photos. Damage unnoted on original report of 3Jul10. Theft of motor from air compressor, and attempted theft of compressor unit, which was apparently too heavy for the subjects to lift into their vehicle. Removal of compressor plumbing was facilitated by sawing-- this had just occurred, as there wasn't any rust apparent. Removal of parts, and vandalism to IHC Cabover Flatbed-- Aluminum Grill pieces, and Headlight trim were found in the subject's vehicles. Removal of parts, and vandalism to 69 Freightliner Flatbed--Parts were found in the back of the subject's pickup truck. Removal of equipment, and vandalism to a storage trailer-- An ADC cordboard from the trailer was found in the subject's pickup truck. Another pile of equipment from the trailer was pre-staged at the West Driveway for later pickup. Partially-consumed (still cold) beverage cans and bottles were found at the scene of the trailer breakin. The Left trailer door had been removed, and presumably taken for scrap earlier in the day. Removed from the same storage trailer, were approximately 40ea AMCO Rackmount Cooling Fans. As pictured, and these were stacked on two pallets. In addition to the standard model number stickers, there were White Labels, with Arabic Writing in RED, warning of high voltage, don't put your fingers inside, etc. These should be readily identified! A number of TELLABS Light Blue RFI-Gasketed Wallmount Enclosures were unpacked, and stolen. One of which contained the materials removed, and cut-out of the FCC-100 rack in the photos.

Strick 45' Semitrailer- Total Loss of $2000. LH Rear door removed by sawing. A number of TELLABS blue wallmount RFI enclosures were unpacked and missing from this trailer, one of which was recovered at the west driveway of the facility, in a pile of equipment pre-staged by the subjects, along with ADC serial patchpanels, removed forcibly from the FCC-100 rack within the trailer. $1500 Loss. Also missing from the trailer, were 50ea. AMCO rackmount cooling fans valued at $80ea for a total of $4000. These are readily identable by their Arabic warning labels in addition to the US tags. Partially-consumed beverages and containers, still cold, were found inside and in the vicinity of the trailer, indicating that the subjects were just there. Items from the trailer were found in the subject's vehicles.
Clark Forkift- Radiator cut-out, fan bent and missing hood. $3000 damage to $20,000. machine! Grass was matted around forklift, indicating activity on that day. It is our belief that the subjects had made multiple trips that day to steal our equipment.
40'Storage Container: Total Loss of $2000. As the doors were blocked by the now-inoperable Cat Tracked Loader, entry was forcibly-gained through cutting the aluminum skin, sawing and prying. Hydraulic Power Units removed from multiple semitrailers (liftgate packs) $3000 Loss. Radiator removed from Clark Loader $2000 Loss. Missing steel tire cage $1000 Loss. These damages are LOW, as they do not account for denial of service and lack of usability due to the butchering of our equipment.
